Offsite Delivery Model

IBSS will provide highly-qualified consultants and the location and infrastructure to support their activities. Consultants can work remotely in concert with client team members, or largely independently on particular project or phase. The work location is in the geographic vicinity of the client's facilities.

When is Offsite the right model?

• the project is not stand-alone/integration considerations are moderately complex
• the client wants significant participation in the development process
• client site infrastructure or space limitations dictate offsite delivery
